How do you tell Australians apart from New Zealanders?

There’s an old joke told around Sydney, where an Aussie and a Kiwi are out having a few beers together. On the walk home, they decide to stop on the bridge over the harbour to have a pee.

 

Feeling a bit quick-witted, the New Zealander looks down all the way to the water, his member hanging fully, and exclaims “Oooh… isn’t the water cold tonight…?!”

His Aussie friend looked at him and said “Too right, mate. It’s deep, too…!”

 

I would not suggest this as a way of telling them apart, but it still makes me chuckle when I hear it told.
